The Villa has three floors:
On the ground level their is an entrance hallway leading into the lounge/dining room. The living room is equipped with sofas,TV, DVD, HI-FI and a dining table (seats 8). The ground floor also has a fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge/ freezer, oven/hob, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster and much more. At the rear of the property is the main sun terrace; which leads out onto the pool area.
On the first floor you will find two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with WC, shower and bath. The master bedroom has a large balcony looking out over the pool area. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with WC and Shower. This room also has a large balcony.
The second floor is home to the spacious "Dormer bedroom" with a twin bed, two fold-up beds and a cot it is ideal as a family room. This room has its own bathroom complete with WC, shower and washing machine. Also on this floor, is the rooftop sun terrace which has stunning views of Fethiye bay and the surrounding mountains. The terrace offers all day sunlight and total privacy, ideal for a barbeque or to unwind with an evening drink.

The Villa is also equipped with the following (In no particular order!):-
A foldup cot, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettles, TV, DVD player, a small selection of DVD's - CD's, stereo system, a selection of books, hair dryers, hair straightener, A digital safe, washing machine, iron & ironing board, washing line & clothes horse, portable radio/CD player, cleaning equipment, patio furniture, Sunloungers, parasols, on site security (24hr) and a weighing scale (not for you! for your cases before you fly home). Oh.. and a cuddly toy!!
For your comfort their are mosquito screens on all windows, allowing you to keep the patio doors open and enjoy the cooling breeze. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout, and for added comfort there are free standing fans.
